The Adizero Adios Pro 4 is an improved ENERGYRODS 2.0 system has been designed for more harmonious stiffness. The rods are embedded into the updated midsole, featuring best-in-classic LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam. Improved rocker point gives better transitions through the stride whilst a fuel channel reduces weight bringing the entire shoe down to just 200g.

The refined uppers are made with one-way stretch construction, with more support and heel lockdown through a locking band and sling system. The outsole provides traction through a combination of Continental rubber and LIGHTRAXION for the perfect balance of grip, durability and lightness.
