At Up There Athletics, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance needs. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, undamaged shoebox or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure them inside a mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
