Puma keeps us on our toes with the newest edition of the Fast-R Nitro Elite, version three. 

Much like version two, the stack has an extra 2mm of Nitro™ foam brining the total to a competitive 40mm at the heel with 8mm drop to 32mm under the forefoot. Puma's aggressive PWTPLATE carbon plate is back, but this time it's even bigger—protruding from the toe like an underbite. This increased size allows for better leverage and increased propulsion. All of that power is put to the ground thanks to Puma's industry-leading PUMAGRIP rubber outsole.

The iconic two-part midsole remains, with updates to the NITROFOAM™ Elite midsole, blessing your output with maximal energy return. The upper retains much of the original design, with an updated monomesh structure that is ultra-lightweight and breathable.
