The upper uses engineered mesh with strategic venting, reinforced in key areas to keep your foot locked in without feeling stiff. A lace-up system and padded collar keep everything secure, while the gusseted tongue stops slipping and makes getting moving effortless.

Underfoot, the SwellFoam™ midsole balances cushioning and energy return. The firmer heel absorbs impact, the softer forefoot drives push-off, and the slightly rocker-inspired shape makes transitions smooth and natural. Coming in at just 232g for a US M9, the SYNTH feels light and responsive without losing stability.

The herringbone rubber outsole delivers grip and protection, keeping the ride controlled whether it’s daily runs or longer sessions.
